For some time the tip worked just fine, then one day on a business trip, it just stopped charging on both my blackberry's. The iGo system of having a single plus with multiple tips for all your electronics is great. However, the blackberry tip (A29) has given me some trouble. My other tips worked ok - just this one is giving me problems. I'm on to my second tip now.I wouldn't necessarily discourage someone from buying (still a great system) but I think you need to be aware that the reliability isn't 100%.
I bought this to charge my wife's Blackberry. I plugged it in an disconnected it in the morning to find the phone was completely dead. I do not know why it didn't work but it did not.
Not a whole lot to write about with this product - you plug it into your iGo and then you can charge your Blackberry. It's just a mini-USB, so I've used it on my wife's Razor as well. The iGo is a nice setup, because I can just carry the two tips for the iPod and the Blackberry and not two separate chargers.
The iGo system is really perfect for keeping yourself juiced on the go. One cord from your car's lighter socket and multiple tips easily stored in glove or change compartment and you shall have music and phone usage wherever you go. It's ideal.
The iGo Power product line is a great idea, and the number of tips they have to support so many devices is great. This tip works fine with my 8310 phone perfectly. It would be better if iGo had a right angle or swivel style connector for flexibility.
